Think of this as cooking your first meal - we'll go through each ingredient (that's our code) step by step, and before you know it, you'll have a website ready to show off to your friends. Trust me, if you can write a message on your phone, you can build this website!

Step 1: Getting Your Kitchen Ready (Setting Up) ⚡ First things first, we need our cooking tools! Head over to https://code.visualstudio.com and download VS Code - it's like the master chef's kitchen for coders. Once installed, open it up. Look at that clean, dark screen - that's your canvas!

Step 2: Creating Your First Files 📁

Create a new folder on your computer (call it 'my-first-website')
Open VS Code
Click 'File' → 'Open Folder' → select your new folder
Create two new files:
- index.html (this is like your main recipe)
- style.css (this is your seasoning)

Step 3: The Magic Starter Code 🎩 In your index.html file, type '!' and press Tab. BOOM! 🎉 VS Code just gave you a bunch of starter code. This is called the "boilerplate" - it's like preheating your oven before cooking.
